But it wasn’t until six years later when the two crossed paths again, in San Francisco, that they really hit it off and started dating. Two years later, while in Kevin’s hometown of Madison, Wisconsin, they took a private after-hours tour of the Capitol Dome. As the two were enjoying the views of downtown Madison, Kevin knelt down and proposed. Plans for a destination wedding at Lake Tahoe were soon underway.
