I am beyond excited to share my story and the powerful role photography plays in my life.
Thanks for taking a moment to see what makes me tick and let me know if you have anything in common?
A special thanks to the incredibly talented Anton of Lorimerworks (he is a genius) and my beautiful subjects: Julia and Mark Kniesche, Tanya and Blake Wirht, Lauren Fletcher.

Hello Pete, Thanks for sharing positive feedback and kind words. It is great to read your story. I agree that is most important to pursue the photography that you are most passionate about as this is the type of photography you will likely have the most vision for and be the most unique. Wishing you much luck as you make your passion your living!

Hi Catherine, This is a wonderful video and it really does show the inspiration and incredible vision that goes into your photography. I myself have found you a great inspiration in my goal now to become a professional photographer. For far too long I have been one of those people who thought if I couldn’t make a living from the kind of photography I want to shoot (landscapes, architecture etc) then I couldn’t care about it being a job.
But now the question I ask myself is do I want to make a living doing something I always love when I’m taking part in it, or just spend some time doing photography and a lot of time on something I don’t care that much for? The answer is definitely photography please, and therefore I’ve spent the last couple of months studying wedding photography books and undertaking a reputable photography course, because I want to smile (as you do in your video!) knowing I do something I truly love for a living.
I wanted to say that because I found your video to be as inspirational as your wedding photography (my idea of how wedding photography should be), and this adds to the great drive I have to turn this hobby into a living. Keep up the fantastic work, Pete
