Quick Tip: Shooting in the Wind
Quick Tip: Love it when a little breeze comes along and lifts a model’s hair, and makes her outfit flow? So do I. It gives life and motion to what is really a still image. When that little breeze becomes a medium breeze and you find your flexible reflector folding in half … Love the breeze then? I chose to employ a rigid frame reflector to achieve the lighting I want with consistency even in high wind. Sunbounces, with their rigid lightweight frames, fast became the only reflectors I use. I have even had the 4’ by 6’ Pro out, at the beach, in 30 mph wind, continuously lighting my model.
